• I require a sufficient area with natural lighting and a hip-height table to set up on the day (and a power point if we are doing hair). I will bring my own chair and a child-free lap is much appreciated if possible. I may take videos/photos of the process, so please advise whether you're comfortable having them shared on social media, and I’d love to know your other vendors to credit/tag.
• Please ensure you have a schedule on the day for each makeup application (around 1 hour per person) and I strongly suggest that the bride is not last. Inspiration pictures help me create your chosen look (preferably of real-life people). I always recommend a preview appointment when you have an event to best test the makeup.
Please be honest about what you may or may not like—your feedback helps and will never offend me. I
recommend selecting reference photos of real people around your age and colouring; photos of my own work are ideal.
Preparation:
- Stay hydrated and avoid caffeine/alcohol.
- Light exfoliation and rich moisturiser the night before.
- Arrive with clean, dry hair and face so your appointment time is not impacted.
- No new skin products or actives at least one week before.
- No new procedures (laser, filler, anti-wrinkle) close to the wedding.
- Waxing, threading, dermaplaning, tinting: at least one week before.
- Spray tan / fake tan: at least two days prior, and have the tan for your bridal preview.
- Wear white (if applicable) to the preview appointment and style your hair similar to your planned wedding style.
- Lash lifts/extensions are fine if they are done well and look natural. I will not be able to apply false lashes over
extensions.
- Avoid sunburn—I cannot cover peeling skin.
- I recommend hair be done before makeup and wearing a button-up shirt or robe.
I can provide recommendations for prep services (lash extensions, tinting, anti-wrinkle, facials, hair removal, tanning, nails). Please test well in advance to avoid reactions. Makeup cannot cover texture such as acne, scarring, or wrinkles. Please advise allergies or product preferences—I’ll do my best to accommodate, but I cannot be held responsible for reactions.
Payments & Booking Policies:
• Quotes are not negotiable and dates are not held without payment. Your deposit (as outlined in your quote) secures your wedding date and is non-refundable. By paying your deposit, you accept the terms and conditions outlined in this document and agree to be legally bound by this contract. The deposit may be transferable depending on availability.
• If the event location changes after booking confirmation, any increased travel costs may be added to the final invoice; however, fees will never be reduced.
• A confirmation message will be sent around one week before the wedding to confirm timing, address, and payment of the remainder of your fee. If the final payment is not received, I reserve the right to cancel your booking.
• Once the deposit is paid and booking confirmed, the original booking number cannot be reduced. Full quoted amount still applies.
• Please advise/organise parking arrangements.
• I will not accept antisocial behaviour and reserve the right to leave with no refund.
• A touch-up kit including a small sample of your chosen lip colour can be provided.
Destination Bookings
If the Artist must cancel due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances:
- All money paid (excluding used travel bookings) will be refunded.
- The Artist will make reasonable efforts to find a replacement stylist.

I understand how hard it can be to plan a wedding therefore, i am extremely responsive and organised to make the process as easy as possible. I am very open to feedback and ask a lot of questions to create your perfect look as well as being realistic and honest. I believe this is what has earned me 5 star google reviews and best business award 2025. I am incredibly grateful as I am a full time student and makeup has always been a side passion of mine but now is a full time job!
